What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 2 hours of placing the order. Any order cancelled after shipping occurs will be credited back minus the original and return shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 20%. This policy requires that all packages be returned to us, unopened, and in good condition.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Items Are Shipped Once Payment Has Cleared, We will send you an e-mail confirming the details of your order immediately. You can expect your order to be fulfilled and mailed within 72 business days. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from time of shipment to receive your order.

What if I place an order and some of the items are out of stock?
Once we process your order, if some of the items are out of stock, we will ship the items that are in stock and notify you of the out of stock items and their re-stock date. You will not be billed for any items that are not in stock.

What is your return policy?
Returns will not be accepted after 7 business days and the item must be in it's original packaging and return shipping fees are at buyer’s expense.
